Buy a Raised Foundation for Your Dog House
Now all of our Dog Houses are available with the Raised Foundation option. From our smallest to our largest dog houses, the Raised Foundation will support the dog house 7 inches off the ground and still have enough room for the pet to lay on, or put dog bowls on or even accompany an optional porch and deck. These Raised Foundations are made of full sized frame members (1.5 thick x 2.5 width). The posts and frame members are lifetime pressure treated lumber - ideal for direct ground contact. The decking is rich western red cedar which really compliments our beautiful cedar wood dog houses. Raising your pet’s dog house off the ground has some very profound benefits. Fleas and ticks will be less prolific in a dog house that is elevated off the ground. Having an elevated platform for dog house entry is healthier for hind quarters…especially in larger dogs. Please note: The raised foundation must be ordered with a dog house. It cannot be ordered separately

For those living in extreme weather climates (both hot and cold), the Internal Insulation Option and the PetCool AC/heater option can be added to provide the ultimate climate controlled home for your dog. Wooden Duplex Dog House Kennels for two or more dogs
Need a house for two or more dogs? Then the Duplex Dog Kennel is for you. Constructed of the highest quality western red cedar wood (not the lower quality Southern White Cedar used by many of our competitors) with 2×2 framing, these duplex kennels are capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions while keeping your dogs cooler in the summer, and warmer in the winter. For extra protection, add the Internal Thermal Ply Insulation Option. The Thermal-Ply Insulation lining blocks radiant energy in both summer and winter conditions. It blocks as much as 93% of radiation (summer heat gain) and 50% to 70% of winter heat loss through the ceiling and roof. To ensure long term durability from chewing and clawing, the sidewall insulation is protected by a lightweight mahogany plywood liner. When combined with the PetCool AC/heater option, your dogs will feel like they own their very own castle.
